Where is Pastera located?
Pastera is at 150 N Santa Anita Ave, Suite 628, Arcadia, CA 91006, just east of Pasadena. We care for adults from Arcadia, Pasadena, and across the San Gabriel Valley, and virtual visits are available for patients anywhere in California. Coming from Pasadena?
Is this health insurance?
No. Direct primary care is a membership with your doctor for primary care services. We recommend keeping insurance, such as a high-deductible or catastrophic plan, for emergencies, hospital stays, specialists, and imaging.
Can I use my HSA?
We accept HSA and FSA cards. Please confirm with your HSA/FSA plan administrator or tax advisor.
I have Medicare. Can I join?
Starting in January 2027. Due to Medicare regulations, we're unable to see Medicare patients before then. Our Senior membership is designed for patients 65 and older. The membership fee is paid directly to the practice, and you keep your Medicare coverage for hospital care, specialists, and other services outside primary care.
